Missouri Students' Postsecondary Access and Success Webinar

Presenter: Misti Jeffers, Ph.D.

Thursday, September 29 at 4pm

College completion is important for both individuals and the economy, as the Missouri Coordinating Board for Higher Education recognized in setting the "Big Goal.” While the state reports making strides in increasing the percentage of working age adults with a postsecondary credential, less is known about the preparation of our high school graduates for success in postsecondary education. Within this context, the PRiME Center recently released two reports on Missouri students’ postsecondary access and success based on high school characteristics, comparing trends within the state and nationally. This webinar will present major findings from the two reports, inform and instruct participants on how to use the postsecondary data tool, and engage panelists in a discussion regarding implications for practice.
